“BILLY-JOE STRIKES AGAIN”

Billy-Joe Bugden aged 8 years old, one of Graham Moore's Development Programme pupils, played the game of his life so far to win his age group in the Young Masters event in “La Manga” Spain, recently

He also was 2 nd overall in the boys division, scoring a gross 79 against a par of 73

His 2 nd place was a dramatic finale after Rhys Pugh aged 11 i.e Billy-Joe tied after conventional play and after the 20 th hole Rhys won by being closer to the flag

The event was covered by sky T.V. and is scheduled to be released shortly

Billy-Joe was interviewed by sky after the event and quoted “ Graham Moore was his coach & that his development programme had contributed extensively towards his fine performance”

Moore quotes “For his tender age Billy-Joe is very matured, he knows his goals and all the items I have put into his game has helped take him to new levels and I know with his determination and supportive Parents Lorraine and Derek who regularly bring Billy-Joe from their home in Bornemouth to see me, he will

achieve his ultimate goals and for Billy-Joe to say these kinds words makes all the work we have done together speak louder than his own words

This standard of golf will be seen on my new Junior Golf Tour beginning in July this year anybody interested and feels that can compete at this level please contact me or visit the GMIGS website for details”

Lorraine & Derek Billy-Joe Parents quote

“It is very important for an individual especially a junior to keep with one coach, we first met Graham at the Ryder Cup and again at the Open at Royal St. Georges in Kent when he was teaching for the P.G.A. on those two occasions prior to registering Billy-Joe under his wing, his simple, common sense & effective approach to coaching Billy-Joe on all aspects to become a better player has certainly has been seen with his results, we would recommend Graham Moore to coaching any aspiring junior

Billy-Joe is now looking forward to the new Junior Tour covering the UK & Ireland from Graham Moore which begins in July 2005, to play with the best players in the UK and ultimately the world

There are no other events of this magnitude available in the UK for juniors playing medal on a full size course from tees equivalent to their ages”

“Goddard excels in the Sunshine State ”

Emma Goddard 5 Handicap aged 13 the 2002 National UK Wee-Wonders Girls Champion, recently returned from a month's tournament & coaching trip with her mentor Graham Moore P.G.A. Golf Professional.

Emma played 11 events of which one was a 2 day, the others 1 day in the Training Division on the Moonlight Professional mini-tour in Florida

She won 2 of them and finished 2 nd on 6 occasions and was never outside the top five in all the events.

Moore quotes, “The USA trip was an extension to Emma's Individual Development Programme for 2004, I worked extensively with Emma on course management, psychology and short game

Emma's 1 st win came at Cypress Creek where she scored 76 in very windy conditions, the course SSS rating on the day was 76, the second win came at Greenlefe where she scored 82 against a SSS rating of 77

Having caddied for her at all events Emma's attitude matured daily and she learnt to accept the results of her shot, she also learned the art of scrambling & keeping going in adverse situations

All good players need to learn the foregoing as the swing technique is not enough”

Emma quotes “ Graham taught me how to control my emotions and regroup, also how to travel stress free as well as to tolerate situations that in the past may have upset me.

My thanks go to Graham & Maria for all their help, support & encouragement”

In the last event @ Windermere in near UK weather conditions Emma finished second scoring a 78 against a course SSS rating of 76

Moore quotes “ Emma unfortunately had a 4 putt on the 11 th hole on a very fast & sloping Bermuda green, without this she would have won again, but she put the bad situation out of her mind and pared into clinch second place”

Tony Emma's Father quotes “ In my experience over the past few years I have seen many good players swap and change coaches looking for perfection.

I have insisted that Emma has stayed with Graham as I feel it is important for the coach and pupil to develop a bond and trust with each other.

The faith and belief that they have in each other is second to non to a point where now Graham is like a second Father to my Daughter.

Graham has not only developed Emma's technique to a high level, but has brought the best out of her by developing her course management and psychological skills

Emma has matured into a more experienced golfer in a short time

Any junior who intends to follow their dream of becoming a top player should contact Graham as I would without any question recommend Graham for his vast experience and dedication on all the requirements needed to reach the top level in golf “

“Graham Moore's World of Golf expanding again”

The GMIGS/ Junior Golf Tour formed in 2004 for 2005 start, is now in full operation.

The tour has 14 divisions, 7 for boys & 7 for girls, 43 juniors from all over the Country have joined so far and 5 have entered for all 12 one day events covering England, Scotland, Ireland & Wales. 18 entries for all the Irish events have also been received to date.

Qualifiers from these events on the addition of a further entry fee will compete in a 3 day Tour Masters & 3 day Tour Championship. The Tour is the only one available in the UK and Ireland on full-size courses, with the juniors playing from tees relevant to their ages and scoring medal play gross.

The Order of Merit winners after all the events will also receive two day's coaching in St. Andrews with Worldwide renowned P.G.A. Golf Coach Graham Moore.

Moore quotes “With the addition of the Junior Tour I feel I now have all the stepping stones possible to train future tour players and enhance the future of Junior Golf in the United Kingdom & Ireland . As the Tour will enlighten the juniors of the experience of travel, different golf course styles and lengths, both of which are needed for further development of their golfing abilities. The aim of the GMIGS tour is to continue the good work other tours have done initially with creating enthusiasm competitiveness by advancing their shot making and scoring skills which will all go to help the Juniors reach the next level as they need experience of full size courses from distances relevant to their ages and to play gross medal events and not to have a number of shots to utilize.

In the end the GMIGS Tour has been designed to create the Tour players of the future and also if any Juniors qualify to play in world events they will not be shocked on arrival to find they now compete on longer courses having qualified on lesser length courses.

My team and I train juniors from 3 years old upwards through, schools tuition, starter centres & Introduction days.

Then the follow on step is with the well established Junior Golf Academies.

The next level is Individual Development Programmes with myself, which I have top amateurs and professionals participating.

The Junior Club formed in 2001 has helped to enhance & develop all the participant's abilities to the point where most need the next level of play.

All of the foregoing Programmes and activities have proven track records of success and with the addition of the Nationwide Junior Tour this will enhance abilities once more and bring all the best juniors from 6-21 years olds together from all over the UK and in time the World to once again enhance & develop the abilities of junior golf on a global scale” .
