The Summer Awards Ceremony was a huge success, VRMJGC winners received they trophies & all did brilliant speeches there were players like Emma Goddard, Mark Risk, Jack Duncalf, George Kane, Daniel Swales, Matthew Myers among the major winners that they were presented with trophies by the Deputy Mayor of Vale Royal, Councilor Jill Fairhust whom in her speech emphasized the impact that GM Golf have not only in Cheshire but beyond the county at national and international level, bringing boys & girls to the game of golf & developing them to high standards

Also Jill proudly, said, that Vale Royal & Cheshire have secured golf in the future throughout the junior members of the Millennium Club which has gone from strength to strength since when was established in 2001

Graham and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Salina Harris from the Mayor Parlour at Winsford to arrange in such short space of time the attendance of one of most higher dignitaries of Vale Royal Borough, it meant a lot to us, especially to the junior members of the Millennium Club, also my to thank s goes to Jill for her kind words at the end of the evening not only to the members but to Graham too
