Eligibility
Eligibility is based on handicaps within the age groups (See attached form "Age Groups and Categories")
The age group is determined by the participant's age upon the 1st January of the calendar year.
Players will be restricted to there own category for the entire year and cannot switch categories between events without authorization from the Tournament Directors.
Eligibility for the older age category (19-21 Boys and Girls) is subject to the individual still being in full time education.
The participant's ability will be under constant review throughout the year. Initially however their category will be based upon information given to GMIJGT on their application form (Proof of ability may be required to be shown at the check in desk at the start of each tournament).
All members will be eligible to play in any of the events, subject to availability and or suspension (if in place) of a players privileges.
The committee reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or competitor for making a false declaration on their entry forms.
All entries shall be subject to the approval of the Tournament Directors, who reserve the right to accept or refuse the entry of a participant without having to justify their reasoning.
