ORDER OF MERIT INFORMATION

The points earned from the Skills Tests & on Course Competitions will be added together
The leading player in each age group after the Skills Tests in December 2007 will receive the

"GRAHAM MOORE & MARIA ALZO ORDER OF MERIT TROPHY"

Points will be awarded for the top 6 places in Skills Tests & on Course Competitions.

All points received count towards final result.

In the case of a tie for 1st place, the player of those tied earning the most points from their final event in December 2007 will be declared the winner.

The trophies will be presented on 22nd December 2007 @ the Blue Cap/Premier Lodge Hotel – Sandiway- Northwich - during the Annual Prize Giving.

Times for each Academy Presentation will be confirmed in October 2007.

ECLECTIC COMPETITION INFORMATION

FOR ON COURSE COMPETITIONS ONLY

BEGINNING ON JUNE 2007

NOTES FOR THE GUIDANCE OF COMPETITORS

• The Competition is run under medal (stroke) play conditions

• Your first card entered will record the score at each of the 6/9 holes and the card must be counter signed by a marker. Your card must be marked by a fellow competitor. The scores will be entered on the Master Scoresheet.

• After every Competition you must submit your card for checking, in accordance with the Academy rules, otherwise it will not count. If you have improved your score at any hole, the score for that hole will be entered on the Master Scoresheet and your total adjusted accordingly.

• Total nett score is found by subtracting ½ of your handicap from your total scratch score. The handicap being played off on final on Course Competition on 25th October 2007 will be used to find your total nett score result for 2007.
In the case of a tie for the leading positions the best score from those tying on 25th October 2007 Competition will determine the winner.

• Prizes will be awarded for the best Gross & best nett in both 6 & 9 Hole sections of each Academy.
